The signature fragrance, Red Currant, has Earthy Green, Galbanum and Tart Citrus top notes; Cassis and Tropical Fruit middle notes and a Fruity Musk base. This famous fragrance is available in the Aromatic collection candle, room mist, reed difuser and travel tins, and the Dalian, Colour and Holiday collections candles.

Votivo is renowned for creating complex fragrances and every one layers base, middle and top notes. Top notes are the scents that are perceived immediately. They consist of small, light molecules that evaporate quickly. Top notes form a person’s initial impression of a fragrance. Middle notes create the scent that emerges just prior to when the top notes dissipate. The middle note compounds form the “heart” or main body of a fragrance. The base notes are the scent of a fragrance that appears close to the departure of the middle notes. The base and middle notes together are the main theme of a fragrance.
